The World of LIFELINES

This is what I used to do, fly around Pittsburgh (and other cities) in
helicopters and fixed winged planes to bring sick kids back to our hospital.

Bridges, bridges, bridges–ever try to get across a bridge in rush hour traffic in an ambulance? Now you know why we always liked flying our patients.

The world famous Cathedral of Learning. I took my only graduate level writing class here–the prof was kind enough to say I had “promise” and offer me the name of his agent. Too bad I wasn’t thinking of getting published way back then!
