I loved it. Situations and real and descriptions and attention to detail is wonderful. You do a spectaular job in making the characters come to life. I am an ER nurse and EMS provider. I read the book cover to cover in less than a day because it was fast paced and realistic - just like life in the ER. What a great book. I loved it.
